Pilbara Minerals Limited (ASX: PLS) (Pilbara Minerals) and Latin Resources Limited (ASX:LRS) (Latin Resources) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a binding Scheme Implementation Agreement (SIA) under which it is proposed that Pilbara Minerals will acquire 100% of the shares in Latin Resources by way of a Court-approved scheme of arrangement under Part 5.1 of the Corporations Act
2001 (Cth) (Scheme).
